Loan approved!!

August 29th, 2014 at 03:13 am

Loan approved now we head into the appraisal to be set next week. Mortgage company is trying to wrap their costs into the loan. To totally do that I need an appraisal of $525k.. anything less (if they stick at 60 loan to value) I start contributing in addition to the 2 points to the broker.

Fingers crosssed.

Rate 5.5 % 5 year arm.. 30 year am

Very tired..

I need a NEW job like NOW!!

Absolutely amazing that you have made this comeback happen! Get this deal wrapped up and you can set it and forget it for at least a couple of years.

With the setbacks on the rentals, when will you be able to pull out the first deed?

Agree.. will be SO HAPPY once the deal closes and I find a new job. Job situation is very bad just not talking about it.. I skipped the principal payment on the 6 homes last month ($3900). I HAVE this $3900 sitting in my account and can get caught up immediately. I am holding the $3900 though until the homes smooth out and the loan figures are known. If I have a short appraisal I will have to come up w a lot more. Grateful I have a high paying job but money is just leaking from me the last 2 months! So answer..I need to make 2 more payments to get a house. .either Sept and Oct or Sept (and my missing payment). I am still a little on the edge here but hanging in there and need to get these homes filled and smoothed out. Stressful.
